How can a marketing company help my business?
Working with us means you can stay focused on the ‘big picture’ of your business, while we work behind the scenes to create and implement marketing strategies to take your organization to the next level.
Our ‘Retainer-Based’ packages are great for marketing managers, entrepreneurs, and CMO’s with no marketing team, who have on-going marketing needs and we act as their off-site marketing department, doing everything from planning & budgeting, media buying, web updates, advertising, social media management, trade show booth design, sales materials, and so much more.
For our ‘Project-Based‘ clients, we help out with specific projects on an as-needed basis. Call or email to find out how we can help you with your marketing needs!
When should I update my website for mobile?
Getting your website mobile-ready should be a top priority for your business this year. According to Google, people are 5 times more likely to leave a site if it isn’t mobile-friendly. And if your site isn’t mobile-friendly, Google will lower your site’s SEO ranking. So, now is probably a good time to do it. Give us a call and we’ll be happy to talk with you about how we can get your site up to speed and mobile-ready quickly.
How long does it take to design & build a website?
This answer depends on the size and complexity of your website. Generally, smaller websites take roughly 4 weeks to complete, medium-sized sites take up to 8 weeks, and larger websites can take up to 12 weeks or more, depending on whether or not there is added functionality or other extras. When you purchase a website design package from Radar, you will be involved in every step of the project and we will provide you with a website development calendar, so you will know exactly what date we are aiming to have your site ‘live’.
Can you provide web support if our site isn't hosted with you?
It depends. We currently have a few customers who we do this for, but it is not our preferred arrangement. We partner with one of the leading hosting providers in the world, and we work closely with their customer service team and know what to expect from them. If you are interested in our web support but your website is hosted with another company, please give us a call and we will be happy to discuss your situation and our web support options that might be available to you.
When is a good time to think about rebranding?
Most businesses at some point go through rebranding or brand updates. Businesses are living, breathing entities that are constantly evolving, so if your business image does not match your business goals or vision, it might be a good time to think about updating your brand.
What is your philosophy on marketing?
Authentic & Honest. These two words are the drivers behind our approach to marketing, and the core values of our company. We believe the best way to connect with customers in a lasting, meaningful way is to use marketing that is authentic, honest, and a genuine reflection of your brand.
Does Radar have a specialty that sets you apart from the rest?
While we work with businesses of all types and sizes, we have a lot of experience in these fields:
- Energy: HVAC, Renewable Energy, etc.
- Real Estate & Construction
- Premium Brands
We know the key business issues, market trends, customers and best prospects for these businesses. If you compete in one of these categories, we’ve already been there. And we can help you to successfully meet any challenges along the way.
Can I have the source files for the work you did for me?
As per copyright law, we are not obligated to give clients our ‘working files’ or ‘source files’ that we use to produce final work. We will be happy to supply, upon request, the final ‘print-ready’ files that have been produced for you, or sent to printers and publications, such as hi-res PDFs, as well as any stock photography or fonts that have been paid for. We do not hand over source files used for creating our work, such as InDesign files, layered Photoshop files, etc.
What is UXD and why is it important?
UXD or User Experience Design is a term used by web/application design professionals that refers to user-centered design practices that make interfaces easy and engaging to use. But it goes deeper than that – it’s about business. To create truly successful and engaging experiences, businesses must understand their users’ needs and motivations and be able to align those to the goals of the business. Our team has studied with the best UXD professionals at Rutgers University.
